We specialize in manufacturing furniture from birch and pine glueboard. Our product categories also include wooden components and sustainable briquette.
We manufacture furniture from birch and pine glueboard. Our expertise also includes mixed materials products made with MDF, HDF, and plywood.
Wooden components manufactured with advanced CNC machines to create complex shapes for a variety of applications.
Sustainable briquette made from sawdust, which is a byproduct of furniture production.
Our sawmill spans 9 hectares, processing around 450 m3 of wood daily—equivalent to approximately 17 truckloads. After cutting, the wood is dried in our chambers, with a total capacity of 3,900 m3 per load.
Lamellas are scanned using advanced optical and X-ray technology to detect internal defects which are then removed. Defect-free lamellas are finger-joined to create longer, flawless pieces, which are then glued into glueboard. Our daily production capacity reaches nearly 10,000 m2 of glueboard.
Glueboard is precisely cut and molded to achieve the desired external shape, from simple chamfers to more complex tenons and rounded forms, ensuring versatility in design and precision in production.
We drill over 5 million pieces monthly using 23 specialized machines. Our fleet includes 6 side-drilling machines and equipment capable of drilling at various angles, allowing for efficient handling of complex designs.
We operate 10 different types of CNC machines, which can perform a range of operations such as drilling, sanding, and formatting. This versatility enables us to create diverse and complex shapes, processing between 200 and 2,000 elements per machine each day.
Using water-based and UV lacquers, we apply three lacquering techniques—UV, electrostatic, and spray coating. These methods allow us to achieve high-quality finishes, even on the most complex shapes and surfaces.
Our partially automated packaging line efficiently handles up to 3,500 boxes per shift, ensuring secure and streamlined packaging for fast, reliable distribution.
